Simon had a tumble from his bicycle on Saturday evening while testing his new electric bicycle in the patio at his home in Malibu with his family," a representative for Cowell revealed to The Hollywood Reporter. "He hurt his back and was taken to the emergency clinic. He's doing fine, he's under perception and is in the most ideal hands."
The representative included, "Simon has crushed his spirit and will have medical procedure tonight."
The New York Post's Page Six reports that Cowell has been isolating in California in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic with his better half, Lauren Silverman, and their 6-year-old child, Eric, just as her 14-year-old child, Adam, from a past relationship.
