Date with clarity
Everyone is aiming - someone is aiming at the stars, someone at the dust on the ground. Some aspire to the horizon, some to beyond. It makes us who we are, which makes us live with the most demanding of all beings - time. Because first we figure out what to chase, and then we figure out how to chase it. Chasing is not our favorite pastime; this is our only entertainment. Everything else is secondary, everything else is subordinate.
Today we are chasing clarity. We are chasing transparency, knowledge - we are chasing reality without the burden of relativity. Our way of asking: questions - five to be specific. So, let's begin:
Happy or sad?
The measure of a life lived lies in one simple question: does it make you happy or sad. Happiness leads to contentment and gratitude. Both are not separate emotions, but rather separate states of the same simple emotion that we call happiness. You are a little happy - joyful - so happy that it brings you peace - satisfied - so happy that it makes you kneel before a higher power or a good hand - gratitude.
Sadness stems from unhappiness, discontent, and emptiness. Again, all states of the same emotion - sadness - and not different emotions in and of themselves. Therefore, this is a fundamental question that provides clarity, an answer to many other unasked questions.
Fear or Hope?
Than you move, avoiding your fears or hopes of fulfilling your desires. Everyone in life is a runner, the only difference is in the direction: someone runs away from their fears, and someone runs towards their hopes.
For example, I believe that both of them prevail in my life. I am a person who is very afraid, I hope that I will not be so afraid anymore.
Love or hate?
There are only two reasons for not doing an action: you either hate it, or you don't love it enough to break the inertia of inaction.
Most people in life are not aware of their passions because they do not love their passions enough. On the other hand, some people realize their passions not out of love for their passions, but out of hatred for them, who do not. Alas, such success turns into success without success, defeat disguised as satisfaction with achievements.
Ignorance or Curiosity?
Knowledge requires attention; you either obey his will out of curiosity, or remain indifferent to his needs out of ignorance.
Curiosity is a burden; it draws you into a fascinating pursuit of understanding and realization. After all, the more you know, the less you don't know.
Ignorance is bliss; you just don't feel the bites of the encounters you won't fight. Mental battles are fought with information; in the battle of an ignorant person, the mind simply has no ammunition.
Right or Necessary?
What are you doing? Would you rather do the right thing or do the right thing? If one were to seek character in an individual person, there is no better question. Indeed, in the darkest times, these two parameters are always separate. What is right seems unnecessary and what is necessary seems too wrong; you don't even dare to do it.
Does the end justify the means? There is no innate morality or innate compass of righteousness. But the scale of necessity is rooted in man by the very need for survival. There is a difference between moral righteousness and practical necessity, but this is a conversation for another day.
Five questions for you, and this is where our date ends. Drive everyone you chase away, mighty man. Good hunting
