Singles crowd rallied around Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum after shocking split announcement
Bachelor Nation is a real family. Former bachelor and bachelor stars posted love to Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum on Wednesday, October 14, after the couple shockingly announced that they had split up after nearly eight years of marriage.
“We created the most beautiful children and shared memories that will never be forgotten,” 35-year-old Hebert wrote on Instagram next to a photo of the duo. “Our differences took a toll on our relationship, and after years of trying to repair the damage, we decided it was in our family's best interest to create a new and separate life for our children.”
Rosenbaum, 43, shared the same photo, adding that "no one is to blame" and "no events" led to a breakup.
“Nobody is a victim, and that we have done absolutely everything in our power to try to save this marriage,” wrote New York Native. “I think we both came to understand that we are just two very different people, with very different personalities and views, who just do not see in the views of many of the foundations of life, which are the building blocks for a happy life. and a healthy marriage ”.
The couple also asked for privacy, especially since they are focusing on their children.
“We ask you to respect our privacy as we move forward with the renewal of our lives and try to create a new norm for our children,” added Rosenbaum. “Our main goal is to take care of our children as much as possible and to maintain a stable and healthy life for Fordy & Essie.”
After finishing second in Brad Womack's 15th season of The Bachelor, the Maine native went bachelor in season 7, where she met Rosenbaum in 2011. The couple got married in December 2012 and have two children: son Fordham, 6, and a daughter. Essex, 3.
