My Money is an arrangement seeing how individuals go through their cash - and the occasionally intense choices they need to make. Here, Mark Bauwens from Gaillac in France takes us during a time in his life during the coronavirus pandemic.

Imprint, 64, is resigned, "tragically single" and lives in south-west France. He has a veggie lover house feline, a yard feline and five ponies. He shops at Lidl just as French chain grocery stores along with outdoors advertises.

Over to Mark...

Too much of the same thing will drive a person crazy purchasing in amount, therefore having a monotonous eating regimen, is more expense and time-successful.

Every day in the current week, I will extensively eat and drink comparatively despite the fact that the assortment of meat, cheddar and bread rolls (!) changes.

Breakfast. Two cuts of wholemeal bread with a cut of ham and cheddar each and new natural product. Washed somewhere around genuine espresso.

Lunch. 10 min bubble taken care of rice with new fish (a treat in the late spring season), paté and bread with home-developed tomatoes and serving of mixed greens. Followed by new organic product. In the event that I am as yet eager, at that point up to a large portion of a bundle of chocolate scones (as I lose control), with the rest of supper, similar to an insidious, blameworthy student. Chocolate is useful for resolve I've perused and it's actual!

Supper. Charcuterie (cuts of cold meats) and cheddar. Gracious, and all the more new organic product. At long last, a couple of lagers while staring at the TV.
